Provide the graduate with quality knowledge and understanding of content in the administrative and legal, organisational, economic, informational and managerial field as well as the field of human resources, enable immediate employability and provide appropriate starting point for continuing studies in the 3rd cycle,
Develop holistic understanding of the importance and issues of management in administration.
Train the graduate to be able to keep in touch with the state of the management in administration field, good practices from abroad and possible developmental guidelines that serve as the starting point for efficiency and success in this field.
Train the graduate for independent research and development, to apply the available instruments to critical analysis and to solving the most difficult problems and to be able to synthesise different knowledge from the field of management in administration.
Train the graduate for work and transfer of discoveries and experienced in a multicultural environment.
