The Alumni Club is a voluntary association of individuals, whose goal is to ensure cooperation and socialising of graduates of the Faculty of Public Administration of the University of Ljubljana. The members are graduates of all Faculty study programmes of different enrolment generations.
- The Club offers a stimulating environment for maintaining relationships between graduates, professors, associates and partners of the Faculty of Administration.
- It enables personal and professional development of individuals as well as organisations and promotes the administrative knowledge and achievements of its members in the Club environment.
- It maintains the reputation of the profession and education provided by the Faculty of Administration and supports its educational and research activity development.
At the Club, graduates can enrich their acquired knowledge and experience and pass them on to their colleagues and cooperate with the Faculty in various fields:
- as assistants at seminars, workshops and professional meetings within the Education and Counselling Centre and the Career Point of the Faculty,
- as mentors in student practice placement and other forms of pedagogical work,
- as participants in postgraduate education,
- as organisers of sports, cultural and social meetings of graduates of the Faculty of Public Administration and
- as organisers of meetings aimed to increase the professional visibility and employment opportunities of graduates.
Club membership also provides opportunities to meet and socialise with former classmates, recall memories and exchange information and experiences as well as opportunities for networking, professional development (gaining new knowledge and information) and relaxation. Maintaining contact after the completion of studies makes it possible to obtain a wealth of information and exchange rich experiences with graduates.
