1. Objectives and competences

 

Objectives:

  • acquainted with legal framework of business activities
  • acquainted with organizational forms for performing business activities
  • capable of using legal sources for establishing and registering of companies
  • understands difference between company law and other legal disciplines
  • acquainted with possibilities of public-private partnerships

  • capable of finding and using legal sources for company's purposes
  • able to select appropriate form of company for specific type of business activity
  • able to participate and cooperate in the process of establishing and registering of company
  • able to solve simple professional issues

  • Development and sources of commercial law
  • State, market and commercial actors
  • Characteristics of companies (legal capacity, liability, activity, registered name, registered office, representation, entry in the register)
  • Entrepreneur
  • Personal companies
  • Companies with share capital
  • Affiliated companies
  • Restructuring of companies
  • Dissolution of companies
  • Characteristics of ozher organizations
  • Corporate public-private-partnership
