1. Objectives and competences

 

Objectives

  • acquire basic knowledge and skills for efficient and effective use of ICT in office purposes
  • be capable to create a longer texts using advanced functionalities (styles, sections, headers and footers, graphics, tables, bibliography, references, table of contents)
  • be capable to work with spreadsheets using formulas, functions, charts, conditional formatting
  • be capable to work with presentation tools (creating, designing, graphic elements, animations)

Competences

  • capacity for applying knowledge of office programs
  • ability to create a longer text using the advanced functionalities
  • ability to prepare data, use formulas and functions, and represent data graphical using spreadsheets
  • ability to prepare efficient presentation using masters and basic knowledge of graphics and animation

  • Basic skills of computer use
  • Office Software
  • Basic and advance functionalities usage of text editor (styles, sections, heading and footer, graphics, tables, tables of contents, cross-references, bibliography)
  • Basics functionalities of spreadsheets (cell references, formulas, graphics, functions)
  • Effective presentation preparations

  • know how to use functionalities in electronic spreadsheets
  • understand the concept of preparing and analyzing data with spreadsheets
  • know how to use functionalities in text editor
  • understand the concept of editing longer texts
  • know how to prepare an effective presentation
  • know how to use a computer for office administration
