1. Objectives and competences


  • finds the main points of public procurement,
  • evaluates legal and economic aspects of public procurement,
  • analyzes importance of public procurement for efficiency and effectiveness of public finance
  • compares public procurement procedures within EU.
  • Formulates  public tender and creates decisions


  • To feel confident to critically evaluate problems in the field of public procurement
  • To cooperate with all participants in the process
  • To critically evaluate existing processes of public procurement
  • To use basic economic elements in the public procurement
  • To collect and interpret data for proposals creating, decision making and for critical evaluation of practical issues
