1. Objectives and competences

Objectives:
Student:

  • Knows public authorities as sociological, administrative and legal phenomenon
  • Breaks down elements of public authorities
  • Analyses legal regulation of elements of public authorities in Slovenia
  • Knows legal regulation of public authorities in other countries
  • Finds similarities and differences between public authorities and other forms of transferring of executing public tasks from state to other bodies
  • uses theoretical knowledge to perform transfer of public authority in practice

  • understands public authorities as sociological, administrative and legal phenomenon
  • understands elements of public authorities and their legal regulation in Slovenia and abroad
  • differentiates public authorities from other similar phenomena
  • collects and interprets data for proposals creating, decision making and for critical evaluation of practical issues
  • analyses and solves easier isssues in practice
