- The timetable is published in STUDIS. You have access to the timetable for all courses offered to Erasmus+/exchange students.
- You can see all the courses offered to exchange students. Please check your courses in STUDIS daily for any changes or announcements. You can contact professors by e-mail (your communication with the professors should be formal) or visit them during contact hours.
- Exam Dates will be agreed with the professors after the lectures have finished. Resit exam period is generally in June (see STUDIS). You must register for exam via STUDIS at least five days prior to the exam date. Registration is NOT necessary for seminar paper submission.
- Grades are published in STUDIS. After each exam, you will receive a grade which will be published in STUDIS only.

Information System STUDIS and How to Log In
Information system STUDIS contains a digital personal student profile, including all important study information, such as timetables, examination dates, course pages and grades.
- STUDIS is available at http://studij.fu.uni-lj.si/.
- You can access STUDIS with your UL-ID digital identity. Use your UL-ID and the password you chose when activating your UL-ID.
- You will get instructions by email on how to activate your UL-ID digital identity and complete the enrolment procedure. Your UL-ID digital identity contains your username and your email address (you can access your UL FPA email by signing in Gmail using your full email address). We recommend that you regularly check your incoming email because all important notifications from the Faculty, professors and the Student Affairs Office will be sent to this email address.
EMŠO Number
EMŠO is a Slovenian national identification number for all Slovenian citizens and foreigners who stay in Slovenia for certain period of time. All students studying in Slovenia receive this number upon enrolment. You will receive your EMŠO number by email. You will need this number during your stay in Slovenia (e.g. for subsidised student meals).
E-classroom Moodle
The e-classroom Moodle is a learning platform containing your courses and course-related information, such as course requirements and homework.
You can access the e-classroom in two ways:

To sign in, use your UL-ID account (email and password).
Faculty Wi-Fi (Eduroam)
To connect to Eduroam, you need your UL-ID (the same you use to access STUDIS). If you use Eduroam at your home university, the network will also be available here.
