International CEEPUS Network of Administration, Economics and Organizational Sciences

University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Administration is a coordinator of CEEPUS Network of Administration, Economics and Organizational Sciences nr. CII-SI-0215-06-1213.

The CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) programme aims to promote teacher and student mobility. Students can spend a study period abroad or teachers can undertake a teaching period at a partner university. These opportunities are designed to strengthen professional and personal relationships among Central European scholars.

The main objectives of the International CEEPUS Network of Administration, Economics and Organizational Sciences nr. CIII-SI-0215-11-1718 are: 

  • Mobility of students and professors between partner universities;
  • Implementation of the joint programme "Management in Administration";
  • Development of educational and professional programmes toward successful European Higher Education Area.

 Network mobility requirements for students

full-time student status at a higher education institution in the home country;
two completed semesters;
citizenship of a CEEPUS country;
support of the network coordinator at the home institution;
undergraduate students can apply for one semester or 

Applying 

Find the institution at which you wish to study
Apply for mobility (register at CEEPUS web site). Get the required documents signed by the home and host units at the respective universities you are attending.

Special features of CEEPUS grants

applicants may not receive a grant to study in their home country;
the duration of the study period is between 1 and 10 months for undergraduate and postgraduate students;
students (undergraduates or postgraduates) working on their thesis may apply for a 1 month period;
the study period may be extended once, but may not be longer than 10 months in total;
all CEEPUS applications are to be submitted on-line via www.ceepus.info

For the spring semester - intra-network mobility: 15 November
For the spring semester - freemover mobility: 30 November

Funding 

The CEEPUS partner countries provide the funding for the programme. Students receive their CEEPUS grant from the host country therefore the amount is tailored according to local standards. In general, the financial support includes the grant amount and in some CEEPUS countries accommodation and social security provisions. In addition, CEEPUS students are exempt from tuition fees. Travel costs, however, are not covered. 

Slovenia

Students

296,00 EUR

In addition: accommodation at student dormitories (100 – 200€ per month) arranged by CMEPIUS and paid by the Ministry directly, basic medical insurance for the whole stay in Slovenia if applicable (124 € per month), food coupons (subsidy), public transport (subsidy).

Teachers 5-9 days (min. 6 teaching hours)

Teaching staff amount is intent to cover all costs, including accommodation. Accommodation need to be arrange by visiting teachers themselves with the help of the host institution. NOTE: CEEPUS Freemover teacher’s mobilities to Slovenia are not eligible!

Teachers 10 days or more (min. 12 teaching hours)
