Objectives and competences
Student:
- understands the meaning of the valuating of the projects and uses appropriate methods for ex ante and ex post evaluation of investment projects,
- understands legal framework and organisational environment of investment planning in public sector and is acquainted with weaknesses of investment decision making in public sector
- designs project organisation at decision-making and management level using PRINCE2 guidelines,
- sets-up the project plan, and analyses the progress of the project considering issues of the relationship between decision-making and operational level,
- understands and designs quality management and risk management plan
Competences
Student is qualified:
- for ex-ante and ex-post investment project evaluation using IT technology
- for communication and cooperation with investment project stakeholders
- to plan investment project and to govern and manage the investment project in it’s whole life cycle
- to take responsibility as a member or manager of a project team
