The Club offers a stimulating environment for maintaining a connection between the graduates of the Faculty of Administration and the teachers, colleagues and partners of the Faculty. It enables a personal and professional development of individuals and organisations, and promotes the administrative knowledge and achievements of its members in the Club environment.
The Faculty of Administration Alumni Club was founded in the beginning of 2007 to commemorate the venerable jubilee of the 50th anniversary of the Faculty. The Club unites approx. 2200 peer colleagues, graduates of all study programmes of the previous generations of the Faculty of Administration and its predecessors, who are employed in different institutions of the public and private sectors, which gives a special value and significance.

The Alumni Club is a voluntary association of individuals, which operates with the intention of the graduates of the Faculty of Administration of the University of Ljubljana to cooperate and socialise.
Its members are the alumni of all study programmes of different enrolment generations of the Faculty:
- undergraduate: post-secondary, higher education and university programme and
- postgraduate: specialist, master's and doctoral programme.
The Club provides a stimulating environment for maintaining a connection between the alumni of the Faculty of Administration with the Faculty's teacher, assistants and partners. It enables the personal and professional development of individuals and organisations, and promotes the administrative knowledge and achievements of its members in the Club's sphere of activity. It sees to the reputation of the profession and education provided by the Faculty of Administration and supports the development of its educational and research activity.
In the Club the alumni can enrich the obtained knowledge and experience and transfer them to their colleagues and cooperate with the Faculty in various fields:
- as collaborators in seminars, workshops and expert meetings under the Consulting & Training Centre of the Faculty and the Faculty's Career Point,
- as mentors in the student practice placement (internship) of students and in other forms of pedagogical work,
- as participants in postgraduate education,
- as organisers of sports, cultural and social meetings of the alumni of the Faculty of Administration and
- as organisers of meetings that increase the professional recognisability and employment options of the alumni.
Membership in the Club also denotes an opportunity to meet and socialise with former classmates, an opportunity to reminisce, an opportunity to exchange information and experience and to network, an opportunity for professional development (acquiring new knowledge and information) and relaxation, which we all need in light of the abundance of work and duties. Preserving contacts after the conclusion of the study presents an opportunity to gain much information and the exchange of rich experience among the alumni.
